Fresh Idea: The Marriott Spa Flash  Web URL: http://www.ideasdesigninc.com/portfolio/marriott_spa/ Client Name: Marco Island Marriott Objectives: The Marriott had just opened up their new Spa resort and Marco Island, and was in need of a strong web presence. They specifically wanted some animation on the homepage, as well as some soothing and appropriate background music. But the solution had to be considerate to 56k modem users, yet still retain a classy and elegant type of look. Solutions: We of course chose Flash to create an attractive animation for the homepage. And Rather than purchasing "canned" background music, we had our in-house composer and sound engineer score a catchy, original piece using Sony Acid Pro, a popular loop-based music creation program. The carefully mixed music was then seamlessly integrated with the flash, and resulted in an end-user experience that was equally satisfying for both broadband and modem users.
